A range of services are on offer among the Aere Tai Pacific Midland Collective including primary health, community / outreach health, education, social services and Whanau Ora.
We provide family centred services that are strengths based and culturally responsive to the needs of our community.

Primary Community Nursing / Outreach Health
Aere Tai offers a range of primary community nursing / outreach health services to support and encourage healthy lifestyles, through physical exercise / activities, good nutrition and social activities. We offer home based nursing and support services for our community including immunisation and well-child services.

Education Services
Aere Tai provides community based education services starting at Early Childhood (ECE) level right up to adult education. Education services include ESOL (English as a second language) for adults, before school, after school and holiday programmes, early childhood education, Pasifika playgroup, Pasifika PowerUP and education support for Pasifika students.

Social Services
Aere Tai offers a range of social services to cater for community needs including anti-bullying and violence prevention programmes, family support, older people's support programmes, immigration advocacy services and a youth mentoring service.

Whanau Ora
Aere Tai provides a Whanau Ora Navigation service to families with high needs. Whanau Ora empowers families to reach their full potential, by taking an inclusive approach to providing services and opportunities to all families in need.
